As part of the development of its e-health business, the Comarch Group is recruiting a Senior e-Health Business Analyst (M/F) in Cergy on a permanent contract.

Your mission

Within a team dedicated to the realization of our management software for home healthcare providers (PSAD), your mission will be to translate and characterize customer needs with development teams, to receive product changes, to write the functional documentation.
You will work in conjunction with the developers of the solution, the customers, and the support team in particular, within the scope of the E-Health sector on PSAD solutions.

You will report to the PSAD Delivery Center Manager.

Your main tasks will be:

• Collect customer needs relating to solution development requests and liaise with technical teams in France and Poland,
• Receive the changes made by the development team, and control compliance with regard to customer demand by developing a test book and carrying them out,
• Characterize the malfunctions observed for transmission to the development team,
• Be responsible for the functional design and guarantor of the documentary capitalization of the product, contribute to the consistency of all the documents,
• Occasionally assist the support team on Level 2,
• Participate in the assembly of pre-sales files,
• In order to carry out your missions, you will be required to make regular trips to France and occasionally to Poland.

Your profile

• Come from a Bac+5 engineering school type training, you are dynamic, insightful, autonomous and organized;
• Have experience of at least 2 years in a similar position;
• Have proven experience ideally in PSAD or E-Health;
• Like to control all the parameters of an IT solution;
• Have good skills in understanding and analyzing customer issues and you know how to adapt your proposals to their challenges;
• Have good interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork;
• Know how to adapt your speech and your listening to various interlocutors;
• Are persistent in achieving your goals and motivated to strive for excellence;
• Are a force of persuasion to defend your choices;
• Having knowledge of JIRA and agile methodology is a plus;
• Are fluent in English.
