CRM and marketing pre⁠-⁠sales consultant (H/F)

Looking for a position that meets your ambitions, where your motivation and commitment will be rewarded? As part of the development of our business, we are looking for a CRM and marketing pre-sales consultant to join us in our Lille / Grenoble / Lyon office.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Resulting from technical and / or commercial training in BAC + 5 of engineering school or business school type, you are dynamic, autonomous and organized
  • Ability to adapt the speech to different types of interlocutor (business and technical teams) and having the minimum technical background to do so
  • Like to master all the parameters of an IT solution
  • Good understanding of customer issues and capacity to adapt your proposals to their challenges
  • Good interpersonal skills and enjoy teamwork
  • Persistent in achieving goals and motivated to go towards excellence
  • Fluent English. Any other language is a plus
  • Ready to make regular trips
  • Knowledge of the CRM domain and / or marketing solutions (customer loyalty) is not mandatory but is a real plus.
  • We are for this position open to any type of experience, we will adapt the level of responsibility according to the seniority of the person recruited. However, we require a first convincing experience
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

After initial training on our CRM and marketing solutions including the latest generation tools (offer and loyalty engine, CRM campaign and reporting management, gamification, social media, desktop / mobile, social engagement) for major accounts customers of the distribution, banking and air transport sectors, your missions will be as follows:

  • Qualify the needs of prospects by bringing your product and business expertise to sales engineers;
  • Provide demonstrations of the solution and the presentation of products during customer meetings;
  • Develop the commercial offer and respond to calls for tender in collaboration with sales engineers, product teams and project teams;
  • Ensure regular and continuous monitoring of existing customers to whom you will be attached;
  • Participate in the transfer of knowledge on the files won, by taking part in the analysis and specification phase in support of the project team;
  • Responsible for the promotion and recognition of your products on the French market (commercial and marketing documentation, participation in fairs, conferences, expert meetings, organization of events)
