Comarch France is recruiting for the e-health sector in Cergy (95), an experienced Senior Business Analyst (M/F) with excellent knowledge of the PSAD sector (Home Health Provider).

Your mission

As part of the development of its business, the Comarch Group is recruiting a Senior e-Health Business Analyst in Cergy on a permanent contract.
As part of a team dedicated to the development of our management software for home healthcare providers (PSAD), you will be responsible for translating and characterizing customer needs for the development teams, accepting product evolutions and writing functional documentation.
You will work closely with solution developers, customers and the support team, particularly in the E-Health sector, on PSAD solutions.

You will report to the PSAD delivery center manager.

Your main tasks will be:

• Gather customer requirements for solution upgrades and liaise with technical teams in France and Poland;
• Receive evolutions carried out by the development team, and check compliance with customer requirements by drawing up and carrying out test specifications;
• Characterize observed malfunctions for transmission to the development team;
• Be responsible for the functional design and guarantee the documentation of the product, contributing to the coherence of all documents;
• Provide occasional assistance to the Level 2 support team;
• Participate in the preparation of pre-sales files;
• In order to carry out your tasks, you will be required to travel regularly in France and occasionally in Poland.

Your profile

• You have completed 5 years of higher education at an engineering school, and are dynamic, perceptive, autonomous and organized;
• You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position;
• You have proven experience, ideally in PSAD or E-Health;
• You like to master all the parameters of an IT solution;
• You have a good ability to understand and analyze customer issues and adapt your proposals to their challenges;
• You have good interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team;

• You are persistent in achieving your objectives, and motivated to strive for excellence;
• You are a force of persuasion to defend your choices;
• Having knowledge of JIRA and agile methodology is a plus;
• You are fluent in English.
