Helpdesk Support Technician

As part of the development of our business, we are looking for a Helpdesk Support Technician to join us in our Grenoble office.


  • Graduated from a minimum Bac + 2 level training in IT, or equivalent
  • Sense of pedagogy
  • Mastery office workstation environments (Windows 7/8/10, Office 2007/2013/365),
  • Global knowledge of system & network infrastructures (Active Directory, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, TCP / IP, antivirus, remote access, ...),
  • Professional experience as a Technician in a service center (end customer or service) of at least 2 years, preferably in an international environment,
  • Good level of oral and written English required


  • Receive user requests (telephone and emails)
  • Analyze and resolve the incidents described in the helpdesk perimeter, in line with the contractual service commitments
  • Record all incidents and requests in the tool at your disposal, assign the priority, and deal with them if this is in your area of expertise, otherwise you escalate to the next level
  • Understand and bring the service catalog to life
  • Manage files by posting them in the information system, and manage the administrative closure
