INTERNSHIP Support Technician

Comarch France in Lille offers an evolving Support Technician internship!
After a training/integration period, you will join a dynamic team of 7 people. Your mission will be:
- Qualification of incoming tickets
- Handle support issues
- Escalation of incidents to the next level
- Be responsible for tracking and resolving tickets
- Follow up on incidents with customers
- Define/maintain operating/Support documents
- With Bac +2 training, you have initial experience in IT support, you have a solution-oriented approach and a sense of teaching.
- You like working in a team,
- You know how to respect and apply the rules and procedures,
- You know how to make a diagnosis,
- You have the ability to express yourself face to face and on the telephone,
- You are organized and rigorous,
- You have good stress control,
- You have a good level of English,
- Knowledge of the world of Retail is a plus.
