Business Development Manager (Telco)

  • Researching the telecommunication market and prospecting new leads;
  • Arranging business meetings with prospective clients;
  • Presenting company and its solutions on meetings with potential clients;
  • Preparing and maintaining up to date Account Plan and customer relations;
  • Conducting bid debriefing and contribution to Win/Loss analysis; 
  • Accountable for correct and up-to-date funnel data and forecasts, registering opportunities in the CRM; 
  • Accountable for regular alignment of relevant Region and HQ;
  • Responsible for the opportunity strategy and development plan, win tactical plan and “go/no go” gate management. 


  • Degree in business, finance, marketing or technical studies;
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English is essential (fluent Arabic is a plus);
  • Excellent knowledge of global telecommunications markets;
  • Strong presentation and negotiations skills;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently as well as with supporting teams;
  • Proven skills in customer relationship management;
  • Problem Solving attitude; 
  • Sales Process Understanding (e.g. Sandler®, Solution Selling, Consultative Sales).
