communicative and ambitious Business Solution Manager (PreSales
Consultant) to join the team responsible for development of its
operations in the Asia Pacific region.

Short Job Description:
Comarch is looking for entrepreneurial and energetic Business Solution Manager (PreSales Consultant) that is able to use his industry
expertise to win over customers and convert leads to deals in the Asia Pacific region. The employee will be engaged in presales,
market screening, competition screening and product development. The selected employee will need to take responsibility for her/his actions as well
as to have a strong determination and targetoriented approach.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify, manage and address customer`s (retail, finance, oil&gas) needs, in the fields of marketing, loyalty, customer engagement, analytics and SmartCity;
  • Define system requirements, based on the business objectives and business requirements;
  • Match Comarch's systems capabilities and features with customer's business needs;
  • Plan, prepare and conduct presentations & product demos for clients, with the support of the sales team;
  • Quote and proposal preparation with other departments within the Comarch global structure (sales, R&D, implementation, support, etc.);
  • Travel extensively;
  • Contract negotiations;
  • Cooperate with the product team to drive innovation and change on product roadmaps.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in business or marketing or technical studies;
  • Proficiency language skills in two or more of the following: Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, Thai;
  • Excellent English skills are essential;
  • Customerfocused, successoriented;
  • Must have strong initiative, be resultsoriented and have wellproven influencing /impact skills; Must have a strong understanding of product offering, USP and pitch;
  • Strong presentation skills;
  • Very good understanding of marketing strategies and software, in the field of loyalty programms, marketing campaigns, business intelligence;
  • Problem solving attitude and strong analytical skills;
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, that allows you to work independently and to take responsibility for your own actions;
  • Well aware of newest marketing trends and understand how to utilize them to bring the best results for Comarch and our clients;
  • Creativity (thinking out of the box) in proposing non standard solutions to customers to address their business requirements and circumstances;
  • Willing to work under pressure, meet deadlines and accept responsibility;
  • Demonstrate an ability of strong customer relationship skills, problem resolution and improved efficiencies and productivity;
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills;
  • Charisma and optimism in daytoday work as well as teamspirit, patience, confidence and determination in the goal realization;
  • Willing and available to do extensive travel.

Required industry experience:
We’re looking for candidates who have experience working with customers from two or more of following industries:

  • Telecommunication;
  • Aviation (airports, airlines);
  • Banking, Finance, Insurance;
  • Retail;
  • Oil and Gas.

Required product experience:
We’re looking for candidates who have experience with two or more of following product categorries:

  • CRM;
  • Loyalty systems;
  • Campaign Management;
  • Gamification (Customer Engagement);
  • Big Data / Business Intelligence / Analytics;
  • Mobile Applications.
