Customer Service Consultant with Italian/French (Service Desk EDI)

Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical and customer support for Clients from Italian market (via e-mail and phone calls) 
  • Participation in international deployments projects EDI (Electronic Data Interchange)
  • Current support and training for Comarch EDI applications 
  • Stationary work on weekdays

Requirements:

  • Successful candidate must be fluent in French or/and Italian
  • Knowledge of English language is an advantage
  • Candidate should have at least a Bachelor’s Degree (or last years of studies)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet, e-mail suite
  • Excellent interpersonal& written communication skills, positive attitudes at work 
  • Previous experience in customer service or willingness to acquire it
