Requirements:

• higher education, last year students (4th or 5th year) are welcome;
• good computer skills (MS Office, Internet);
• knowledge of customer service;
• knowledge of German;
• communication skills;
• availability;
• self-reliance and responsibility;
• resistance to stress and ability to work under time pressure

Responsibilities:

• receiving and processing the requests (answering phone calls and e-mails) from clients using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems;
• phone service such as client training ;
• first line support for clients using EDI and CRM;
