As part of its growth, Comarch France is recruiting a Lead Tech (M/F) on a permanent contract for its E-Health division in Cergy.

Your mission

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the technical team in charge of carrying out a project.
You will also be responsible for defining the technical architecture, designing technical solutions, planning tasks and technical quality.

Your main tasks:

• You design modular, responsive, scalable and future-proof architectures;
• You guarantee the rise in competence and the development of the technical team;
• You ensure the quality and performance of developments;
• You coordinate the technical workshops and the developments of the products integrated into the E-HEALTH BU;
• You work in coordination with the Product Owners and the pre-sales during the analysis phases;
• You manage the update of the technical documentation;
• You ensure a technological watch to propose innovative and effective solutions;
• You are responsible for delivering packages to the customer.

Your profile

• Coming from a Bac + 5 training of the School of Engineering type;
• You have at least 5 years experience in a similar position;
• A true .Net/C# enthusiast, you are motivated by the transmission of knowledge and you want to keep the technical side on a daily basis;
• You also have a good vision of the development environment (Gitlab, SonarQube, Docker);
• Very good knowledge of SQL Server and Postgresql;
• You have excellent writing skills;
• You have a good command of English;
