Looking for a position that meets your ambitions, where your motivation and commitment will be rewarded? As part of the development of our business, we are looking for a Pre-Sales Software Consutlant to join us in our Lille / Grenoble / Lyon office.


  • Resulting from technical and / or commercial training in BAC + 5 of engineering school or business school type
  • Dynamic, autonomous and organized person
  • 4 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position or close to it, for example with a Cloud solutions integrator
  • Capacity to adapt the speech to different types of interlocutor (business and technical teams) and having the minimum technical background to do so
  • Good understanding of customer issues and capcity to adapt proposals to their challenges
  • Lover of team work
  • Persistent in achieving goals and motivated to go towards excellence
  • Fluent English. Any other language is a plus
  • Ready to make regular trips
  • Knowledge of the CRM domain and / or marketing solutions (customer loyalty) is not mandatory but is a plus


You support, at the end of an initial training, the implementation on the French market of our latest customer loyalty solution, CLM Cloud, solution entirely based on a Cloud model, allowing the complete management of loyalty program, its interactions and its follow-up for ETI and large accounts customers.

Your missions will be as follows:

  • Participate with the product owner in the introduction of the product on the French market
  • Work on its evolution and its roadmap with the product teams
  • Qualify the needs of prospects by bringing your expertise to sales engineers
  • Provide demonstrations of the solution and the presentation of products during customer or partner meetings
  • Develop the commercial offer and respond to calls for tender in collaboration with sales engineers, product teams and project teams
  • Participate with sales engineers in the animation of a network of indirect resellers (integrators)
  • Ensure regular and continuous monitoring of existing customers to whom you will be attached
  • Participate in the transfer of knowledge on the files won, by taking part in the analysis and specification phase in support of the project team
  • Also develop business and market expertise, and participate in the promotion and recognition of your products on the French market (commercial and marketing documentation, participation in trade fairs, conferences, expert meetings, organization of events)
