Retail Sales Engineer (H/F)

  • Commercial training or engineering school-type technical training
  • Dynamic, perceptive and organized;
  • Want to take up a new challenge and participate in the opening of a new agency;
  • 4 years of commercial experience in the IT sector;
  • You have addressed customers in the retail sector, and are familiar with their business issues;
  • Ability to understand customer issues and to adapt your approach to their challenges;
  • Sense of commitment to customers and management;
  • Persevering in achieving your goals and motivated to strive for excellence;
  • Fluent in English


Within the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes agency, you participate in the development of the Lyon office opened in mid 2019 by evangelizing the market with our solutions for the retail sector. In this context, your main missions are as follows:

  • Prospecting and project detection;
  • Support, follow-up and qualification of incoming leads;
  • Promotion of our solutions during two-person meetings with a pre-sales consultant;
  • Follow-up / follow-up of contacted prospects and customers through a CRM tool;
  • Drafting of commercial offers in line with customer expectations (in collaboration with the technical teams);
  • Presentation of the commercial offer to customers and contract negotiations;
  • Participate in the promotion and recognition of the Comarch Unified Commerce Platform (PCUC) in Auvergne Rhône-Alpes and on the French market (sales and marketing documentation, participation in trade fairs, conferences, expert meetings, organization of events );
  • Quality monitoring of post-go live projects.
