Support Engineer

As part of the development of our Support business, we are looking for a Support Engineer to join us in our Grenoble office.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- A Bac +5 training with a specialization in computer science
- Listening skills, sense of service, capacity for autonomy
- You have used bug-tracking tools (Mantis, Testlink, Bugzilla, Jira etc.)
- Teamwork lover in an international context
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- A web culture would be a plus
- Fluent English
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Qualification of incoming tickets
- Support level 1 and 2 support issues
- Escalation of incidents at level 3
- Follow up on incidents with clients
- Define / maintain the operating documents/Support
