Support Technician

  • Coming from a Bac +2/3 training with a specialization in computer science;
  • Recognized for your listening skills, your sense of service and your capacity for autonomy;
  • Experience with bug-anomaly tracking tools (Mantis, Testlink, Bugzilla, Jira…);
  • Teamwork in an international context;
  • A web culture would be a plus;
  • Good level of English ;

You will be integrated into a team of experts in charge of supporting our customers' production projects.

In this context, you take charge of Level 1 and 2 support for our customers, and your missions are as follows:

  • Receipt of user requests (phones, emails and tickets);
  • Analysis, classification, prioritization, and recording of requests in the internal ticketing tool;
  • Proactive monitoring with the operating tools made available (Nagios, LogHub);
  • Resolution of Level 1 and sometimes Level 2 incidents in compliance with contractual service commitments and escalation of other incidents to a higher level;
  • Ticket tracking in the internal tool;
  • Supply and update of the knowledge base (problems and solutions);
  • Application of Level 1 and sometimes Level 2 procedures;
  • Escalation of incidents to level 3;
  • Personal development - You will be able to participate in many specialized training courses;
