Telecom Sales Manager (H/F)

Looking for a position that meets your ambitions, where your motivation and commitment will be rewarded? As part of the development of our business, we are looking for a Telecom Sales Manager to join us in our Lille / Cergy office.


  • Resulting from commercial training type ESC or technical type of engineering school, you are dynamic, perceptive and organized
  • Computer skills
  • Commercial experience in the telecommunications sector of at least 5 years
  • Ability to understand customer issues and you know how to adapt your approach to their challenges
  • Sense of commitment to customers and management
  • Persistent in achieving goals and motivated to go towards excellence
  • Fluent English


  • Create, develop and execute a proactive sales strategy
  • Prospecting and detection of Telecom projects
  • Promotion of our Telecom offer (OSS, BSS) during meetings in pairs with a pre-sales consultant
  • Follow-up of prospects contacted and customers through a CRM tool
  • Management of your customer base (Key Accounts)
  • Drafting of commercial offers in line with customer expectations (in collaboration with technical teams)
  • Manage complex cases
  • Presentation of the commercial offer to customers and contract negotiations
  • Quality monitoring of projects in post-go live
