Office Manager

We are looking for a communicative and open-minded Office Manager to our office in Lviv. A Manager who doesn’t like repetitive and monotonous work. As s member of our team, you will be confident in taking responsibility for your own work and communicating complex information, and will be driven by the opportunity to learn and develop within the role. CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• BA/Master Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Management or similar
• Good command in spoken and written English, knowledge of Polish is an advantage
• Excellent writing skills & communication skills
• Good in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook in particular)
• Helpful with can do attitude, team player & self-motivated
• Must be well-organised, with attention to details with the ability to multi-task

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Preparation of reports
• Internal system management and coordination
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
• Organise office operations and procedures
• Ordering stationary
