What kind of projects would I work on?
At Comarch we develop IT solutions for various industries, including: telecommunication, finance and banking, public administration, e-Health, ERP, IoT and services. Each team is assigned to a project within a specific industry. We’re also looking for candidates for the in-house administration positions to support the company’s day-to-day operations.
What are the professional development opportunities in the position I’m applying for?
At Comarch we offer our employees 16 different career paths within the company. On top of that, we support their professional development by creating an individual training plan tailored to their needs and wishes. All the details are arranged yearly with the help of a manager. Internal recruitment process is also available to anyone wishing to explore new roles and areas.
What does the recruitment process in Comarch look like?
First, take a look at the job openings that may interest you. Than fill out the form on our website and attach your CV. After that check your inbox – we’ll send you an e-mail to confirm that your application was submitted. We will contact you within few days to let you know whether you’ll be invited to the next stages of the recruitment process.
How long does the recruitment process take?
An e-mail confirming your submission will be sent right away. I’ll take us a few days to review you application and we’ll inform you about the outcome.
I am interested in a specific opening that is available in various locations. Do I need to apply to all of them?
No, applying for the job in one of the locations is enough. We’ll review your application regardless of the location and inform you about the outcome.
Do I need to attach an English version of my resume?
The language of everyday communication within your office may be different depending on the location, but we will review your resume in English as that’s the primary language of communication within the company operating worldwide.
