As part of the development of our E-Health business, we are looking for a Business Analyst for Telemedicine and HIS market, to join us in our Milan office.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, IT, Biomedical engineering or similar
• Fluent – Italian and English
• Interest in implementing and designing IT solutions
• Experience or knowledge in medical areas
• Good understanding of customer issues and know how to adapt your proposals to their challenges
• Ability to think analytically and work in a team
• Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as patience, confidence and determination in the goal realization

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You contribute to the launch of our e-health offer on the Italian market. In this context, your missions are as follows:
• Customer needs analysis
• Analysis of needs and possibilities of integrations with client’s and regional/national’s platforms
• Analysis of documents such as guide lines to improve the product positioning on the Italian Market,
• Participation in the presentations of IT systems for medical units,
• Participation in the strategy of positioning on the Italian market
• Accompanying the project manager on the drafting of the specifications, while supervising the start of the project
• Technical / substantive customer support during the project
• Ongoing assistance and training in the use of a given system
• Ensure follow-up and supervision of projects
