Candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Proven track record in selling complex software solutions.
  • Experience with loyalty management solutions or digital sales/marketing platforms is a strong advantage.
  • Strong ability to acquire new clients dynamically through various sales techniques.
  • Experience and established contacts within local banks.
  • Independent, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to business development.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential clients for Comarch Loyalty Management solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
  • Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and key target segments.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and tailored commercial offers.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals.
  • Represent Comarch at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.
