Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, IT, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track record in selling complex software solutions.
- Experience with loyalty management solutions or digital sales/marketing platforms is a strong advantage.
- Strong ability to acquire new clients dynamically through various sales techniques.
- Experience and established contacts within local banks.
- Independent, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to business development.
Your responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients for Comarch Loyalty Management solutions.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with customers.
- Conduct market research to analyze industry trends and key target segments.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Deliver persuasive presentations and tailored commercial offers.
- Lead negotiations and close deals.
- Represent Comarch at industry events, networking sessions, and conferences.
