CANDIDATE PROFILE- Higher education minimum Bac + 3, ideally in the field of management, you have proven experience in a comparable position
- Organized, autonomous and rigorous
- Have a sense of customer service and are problem solving oriented
- Know how to get information
- Knowledge in accounting and law
- Fluent English
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather all the information necessary for invoicing with the various players and prepare it
- Prepare the monthly payment report, manage the receipt of customer payments (check, transfer, etc.) and perform customer reminders
- Manage relations with the accounting firm
- Make customs service declarations
- Follow the dashboards for the accounting firm, and our parent company
- You are the contact for the management control service in Poland to respond to their various requests
- Integrate purchase invoices into our internal information systemPrepare the monthly cashflow
- Manage expense reports
