Candidate Profile

• Degree in one of fields: Economics, Finance, IT
• 3+ years of work experience in creating IT system specifications
• Excellent written and spoken command of English 
• Understanding of software development methodologies
• Analytical thinking, communication skills, flexibility
• Practical knowledge of CASE tools, MS Office and JIRA
• Willingness to travel for business
• Knowledge of Polish language will be a plus

Your Responsibilities

• Participate in the product design process from a functional and business perspective
• Analyze and define requirements for dedicated solutions, implemented for customers
• Conduct analytical workshops at the customer's site, collect business requirements
• Design new IT solutions
• Develop existing products (making changes to IT systems)
• Preparation of user stories and system specification
• Supporting Product Owner in product backlog refinement
