CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Degree in public administration, law or similar
• Excellent Italian language skills
• Good English language skills
• Aptitude for teamwork
• Good organisational skills
• Strong planning attitude
• Proactive attitude

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and maintain legal standard documents and administrative certificates required for the tendering process in order to ensure correct and quick customer response
• Proactively support and introduce improvements to the tender process to increase efficiency and accuracy, also through a consistent maintain and develop the use of the public customers’ electronic purchasing platforms (ex.: MEPA / Sintel/ etc)
• Keep a good level of knowledge on the public purchasing code (Codice Appalti), through the training and webinar supported through the external courses (Webinar, classroom, etc)
• Secure that the documents and tender offers are issued on time minimizing the risk of delays in collaboration with other key stakeholders (Marketing, Logistic, IT, Sales, PreSales)
• Support sales during the negotiations with clients
