  • Bachelor’s degree (welcome: in field of business, marketing or technology)
  • Minimum 1 years of consulting, marketing or b2b sales experience preferably working with large organizations
  • Fluent in Portuguese, communicative, customer-focused, success-oriented
  • Advanced in English, with working experience
  • Must have strong initiative, be results-oriented 
  • Problem solving attitude and strong analytical skills
  • Willing to accept responsibility and to work under pressure
  • Good presentation skills
  • Understanding of CRM strategies and software, loyalty programs, gamification, engagement techniques, big data, customer experience, UX, mobile apps and others
  • Awareness of newest marketing trends and understand how to utilize them to bring expected results for Comarch and our clients
  • Demonstrate an ability of strong customer relationship skills, problem resolution and improved efficiencies and productivity
  • Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as team-spirit, patience, confidence and determination in the goal realization


  • Close cooperation with clients in order to translate business requirements into loyalty program rules, processes and configurations
  • Contribute to develop marketing campaign calendars and execute digital campaigns
  • Coordination of external contractors and marketing service suppliers
  • Cooperation with Comarch Software Product team with regards to application configuration and enhancements,
  • Configuration of loyalty management application
  • System configuration and responding to user inquiries on the client's side
  • Testing of configured rules in the system to assure business requirements compliance
  • Analysis of the loyalty program performance
  • Participation in IT systems implementation process
  • Technical and substantive support for clients
