Pre - Sales Consultant CRM & Marketing

  • Master level in Economics, IT, Marketing, Business Administration, Management or Entrepreneurship
  • Minimum + 4-year experience in a similar position
  • Excellent language skills in English + Dutch and/or French
  • Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Commercial person, feeling comfortable during client presentations and very attentive to understand customer issues
  • Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as analytical-thinking, strive for excellence and persistent in achieving your goals
  • Dynamic, autonomous and organized person that likes teamwork
  • Knowledge of CRM and/or marketing solutions is a plus
  • Not afraid to participate in public speaking events
  • Open to travel abroad (occasionally)


  • Identifying and managing prospect / customer needs during client meetings in (mainly) the Retail & Manufacturing industry for Comarch CRM & Marketing solutions portfolio (Loyalty, Marketing Automation, Gamification, Business Intelligence)
  • Preparing and conducting presentations and product demos for Executives  
  • Taking an active role in RFI/RFP processes and in contract negotiations, led by the sales team with additional support from the legal and production department
  • Meeting regularly (together with the account manager) with existing customers to follow up on their ongoing projects
  • Extending our partner network for our new product Loyalty Marketing Cloud
  • Analyzing the market, identifying trends dedicated to the business in the Benelux Region
  • Cooperating closely with sales and marketing teams on a regular basis to generate leads through meaningful b2b marketing campaigns, content generation, participation in conferences, etc.
