Pre‑Sales Consultant Loyalty Solutions

We are looking for a communicative and well organized Pre-Sales Loyalty Consultant.The person hired on this position will have a unique opportunity to create a market for a new player from scratch. The loyalty marketing suite of Comarch consists of loyalty marketing, campaign management, analytics and engagement software solutions. You will strategically design software tools to align with retail clients’ business objectives and goals to drive sales.

Candidate profile

  • Master in Economics, IT, Marketing, Management or related field
  • Strong and confident with presentation, communication and demonstration skills
  • Must have strong initiative, be results-oriented and have well-proven influencing /impact skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and under pressure
  • Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as team spirit, patience, confidence, and determination in the goal realization
  • Availability to frequent business trips (Europe - within UK and Scandinavia)
  • Experience in the retail loyalty marketing, CRM or analytics software industry a plus

Your responsibilities

  • Identify, manage and address enterprise customer`s needs, in the field of marketing, loyalty and customer engagement
  • Plan, prepare and conduct presentations & product demos for clients, with the support of the sales/consulting team
  • Define software requirements, based on the business objectives and requirements
  • Quote and proposal preparation with other departments within the Comarch global structure (consulting, sales, R&D, implementation, support, etc.)
  • Work with Comarch Production and R&D teams on continuous product enhancements based on market feedback; drive innovation and change on product roadmaps
  • Be willing to travel internationally
