Sales Engineer (M/F) to join Michal’s team. Here’s what you’ll be doing on a daily basis:
Your Responsibilities
- Promoting our solutions, particularly the Customer Engagement Platform, in tandem with a pre-sales consultant (functional and technical expert);
- Prospecting and identifying projects among large accounts and mid-sized companies (ETI) to further expand our client portfolio, which includes clients such as Auchan, Kiabi, Coopérative U, Franprix, Galeries Lafayette, KFC, Clarins, PMU, etc.;
- Managing, tracking, and qualifying incoming leads;
- Following up with prospects and clients using a CRM tool;
- Drafting commercial proposals aligned with client expectations, in collaboration with technical teams;
- Presenting commercial offers to clients and negotiating contracts;
- Ensuring project quality follow-up post go-live;
- Participating in events such as trade shows and conferences.
Profile You Are the Ideal Candidate If
- You hold a business degree (e.g. Business School) or a technical degree (e.g. Engineering School);
- You are dynamic, insightful, and well-organized;
- You have knowledge of IT;
- You have a first successful sales experience, mandatory in the IT sector or a related field;
- You can understand client challenges and adapt your approach to their business needs;
- You demonstrate a strong commitment to clients and management;
- You are persistent, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve excellence;
- You have a good command of English.
