Candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Sciences, Information System, or IT related fields.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in monitoring, configuring and troubleshooting Kubernetes or Openshift.
• Solid knowledge and experience of monitoring with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Openshift, Kubernetes, Grafana and Dynatrace/ Prometheus etc.
• Hands-on experience and understanding of containerization and orchestration with K8S, Docker.
• Good knowledge of Oracle SQL and Elasticsearch query for troubleshooting.
• Proficient understanding of scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python etc.).
• Fluent communication skills in English and Thai, preferably at advanced level.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively amongst team.
• Highly self-motivated to achieve responsible assignment to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Pleasant personality with service minded, energetic, enthusiastic and a good team player.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Your responsibilities

• Implementation, monitoring and managing of scalable, reliable infrastructure solutions.
• Monitoring infrastructure health, performance, and cost, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
• Troubleshooting and resolving incidents within defined SLA targets and escalating issues that might breach SLA.
• Investigating and resolving issues in Kafka by analyzing logs and verifying configurations.
• Performing first-level application log analysis to identify and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Prioritizing incidents based on SLA severity and urgency.
• Tracking and reporting SLA compliance metrics, summarizing and reporting.
• Utilizing Grafana/Prometheus, Dynatrace, and ElasticSearch for monitoring logs and traces of deployed components.
• Preparing SQL queries in Oracle and ElasticSearch inquires for troubleshooting and system diagnostics.
