CANDIDATE PROFILE

• BA/Master Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, Management or similar
• Good English language skills/Polish Language is an asset
• Good computer skills (MS Office)
• Experience in customer service is welcomed
• Communication skills

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving and processing the requests (answering phone calls and e-mails) from clients using EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
• Phone service such as client training
• First line support for clients using EDI and CRM
