Candidate profile

• Higher technical education (ICT, telecommunications, computer science, mathematics, econometrics or related)
• Professional experience as an analyst/architect min. 3 years
• Technical experience in IT projects - especially telecommunications
• Participation in analytical workshops, ability to obtain and document requirements
• Coordination skills
• Knowledge of:
  • telecommunications technologies
  • integration issues and tools
  • Arabic - a necessary condition
  • English, allowing fluent communication, conducting workshops and preparing documentation
• Preferred:
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry
  • Experience in managing projects in the IT industry
• Openness, communication skills, willingness to learn and develop, ability to work in a team

Your responsibilities

• Analysing business requirements, translating them into functional requirements and presenting them in the form of use cases - abillity to explain to the team why a given functionality is implemented and talk about the needs of our customers in an accessible way
• Collecting requirements (from internal and external customers)
• Creating technical documentation
• Analysis of existing IT solutions
• Preparing concepts for modification and development of IT systems
• Creating concepts and solution designs based on functional and non-functional requirements
• Conducting workshops and technical consultations with the client
