Technical⁠-⁠functional analyst

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Experience in a similar environment or a first experience in web application development
• Advisor on scenarios involving a web graphic interface
• Know how to adapt your speech and your listening to various interlocutors (Marketing Services, Customer Services, Application Architect, IT Services Department)
• Sufficient technical background to discuss the topics of integration of our solution into the customer information system
• Fluent English required

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Participate in or take charge of the organization and coordination of analyses on international projects
• Analyse and model the needs of our customers
• Generate the functional documentary repository of the project (customer repository, and internal)
• Participate in the development of functional recipe books with the quality assurance team
• Act as the functional referent of the solution, both with the client and internally
• Participate in the assembly of pre-sale files
