BSS Support Consultant

We are looking for communicative person, enthusiast of working with customers to join our team in Panama.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in business, finance, marketing or technical studies
• + 1 year of experience as a tester
• Basic knowledge of telecommunication domain – nice to have
• ISTQB Foundation (or any other) course or certificate - nice to have
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to translate documents to Spanish and Portuguese – additional role
• Knowledge of English – B2
• Very good language skills – Portuguese and Spanish

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receiving and processing the requests (answering phone calls and e-mails) from clients
• Phone service such as client training
• Knowledge sharing with customer
• 1st line support consultancy for BSS systems
• Testing activities
