CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Information Technology, Economics or Business Administration
  • Italian excellent language skills
  • Good English
  • Previous experience (minimum 1-2 years) in sales from the medical/sales/distribution industry
  • Experience in selling: Telemedicine/eHealth, Medical devices is a plus
  • Demonstrate business result orientation, excellent communication skills, negotiation skills and customer interaction, sales presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel in Italy and occasionally abroad
  • High level of commitment, flexibility and assertiveness
  • You have a passion for sales and you are always setting the right note

YOU RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Business Development for a new product Comarch HIS in Italy
  • Holding responsibility for an annual revenue target
  • Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships and managing existing clients
  • Be able to determine customer needs
  • Preparing of commercial offers
  • Participating in negotiations and preparation of agreements with clients
  • Accurate, timely reporting to management of progress, activities, planning
  • Setting up strategic sales and marketing relationships in order to position the company as the prime player for Hospital Information System
  • Market research
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies by determining the relevant factors of existing and potential accounts
  • Meeting or exceeding sales targets through new business development, including C-level
  • Leading generation and sales activity
