Business Development Manager - Insurance

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business, marketing, IT, or economics.
• At least 5 years of proven success in software sales, with a strong focus on Insurance companies.
• Experience in lead generation and building lasting client relationships.
• Fluent English skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

Your responsibilities

• Proactively engage potential clients, scheduling meetings, demos, and workshops.
• Lead the preparation and submission of business proposals for RFPs and RFIs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Organize and execute marketing initiatives to showcase Comarch's expertise and strengthen our brand presence.
