Candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
  • Familiar with Loyalty concepts, CRM systems.
  • Knowledgeable about online marketing best practices and Latin American market trends.
  • Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Based in São Paulo (SP).

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, from first contact to deal closure.
  • Conduct market research to spot growth potential and new trends.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demos for prospects.
  • Represent Comarch at conferences, trade shows, and client events.
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs and develop compelling commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Legal, Production, and Sales teams).
