Candidate profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or business development.
- Familiar with Loyalty concepts, CRM systems.
- Knowledgeable about online marketing best practices and Latin American market trends.
- Confident communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Based in São Paulo (SP).
Your responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets.
- Build and nurture relationships with enterprise clients, from first contact to deal closure.
- Conduct market research to spot growth potential and new trends.
- Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and product demos for prospects.
- Represent Comarch at conferences, trade shows, and client events.
- Coordinate responses to RFPs/RFIs and develop compelling commercial proposals.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts in collaboration with internal stakeholders (Legal, Production, and Sales teams).
