Business Solution Manager – Telemedicine or HIS

As part of the development of our E-Health business, we are looking for a Business Solution Manager to join us in our Milan office.


  • Master level in Economics, IT, Healthcare, Telemedicine, Biotechnology
  • Fluent – Italian and English
  • Minimum +4 year experience in the hospital field or IT
  • Like to master all the parameters of an IT solution
  • Master level in Economics, IT, Healthcare, Telemedicine, Biotechnology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities
  • Good understanding of customer issues and know how to adapt your proposals to their challenges
  • Successful experience in leadership, negotiations, supervision and influencing others
  • Charisma and optimism in day-to-day work as well as patience, confidence and determination in the goal realization


You contribute to the launch of our e-health offer on the Italian market. In this context, your missions are as follows:

  • Meeting the different actors of the health sector on the Italian market to participate in the strategy of positioning on the Italian market
  • Analyzing customer needs
  • Ensuring the demonstration of the solution and the functional and technical presentation of our e-health products during client appointments
  • Developing the commercial offer / respond to calls for tenders, especially for public contracts in collaboration with sales engineers
  • Accompaning the project manager on the drafting of the specifications, while supervising the start of the project
  • Ensure follow-up and supervision of projects
  • Being responsible for the promotion and recognition of your products on the Italian market (commercial and marketing documentation, participation in exhibitions, conferences, expert meetings, organization of events)
