Consulting Manager - E⁠-⁠Invoicing

Candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration or relevant field
• Proven experience as an E-Invoicing or Electronic Data Exchange Pre-sales Consultant, ideally within a consulting or professional services firm
• In-depth knowledge of processes, standards, and technologies, such as EANCOM, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, XML, and others
• Familiarity with e-invoicing platforms and software solutions, including integration with ERP and accounting systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client requirements and design effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and present recommendations
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Understanding regulatory requirements related to e-invoicing, such as VAT compliance
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, business processes, and systems around E-Invoicing and Electronic Data Interchange
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations on implementing electronic data interchange and e-invoicing solutions, including system selection, configuration, and integration
• Prepare and conduct presentations and product demos
• Analyse market, trends identification, and content generation dedicated to Comarch’s business for the E-invoicing / Electronic Data Interchange product in UK region
• Take an active role in RFI/RFP processes and in contract negotiations, led by the sales team with additional support from the legal department
• Close cooperation with sales and marketing teams on a daily basis to generate leads, through meaningful b2b marketing campaigns and content generation
