Customer Success Manager Loyalty & Marketing

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Master’s degree in Economics, Digital Marketing or Engineering
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Between 1 and 3 years of experience in project management/ customer success
• Experience in Loyalty, Customer/ Digital Marketing projects
• Good capacity for understanding customer issues and ability to adapt your proposals to their challenges
• Dynamic, perceptive, autonomous and organized
• Good interpersonal skills and team player

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pilot and implement IT projects in the field of Loyalty
• Manage the entire project from end to end in application and in accordance with the customer contract
• Ensure compliance with deadlines and budget, ISO procedures, correct risk estimation and the quality of deliverables
• Coordinate the project team, define and optimize the schedule, ensure the assignment of tasks and their progress
• Provide reporting to the Project Director and to the various project stakeholders
• Work in close collaboration with the Client project manager and his team
• Manage client communication (post-sales) and act as point of contact for the client
