Director of Marketing

Candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of successful marketing strategy development and execution in a B2B environment
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and results-driven approach
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and social media are required
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI

Your responsibilities


Strategic Planning and Execution

  • Develop and implement the marketing strategy for Comarch USA and Canada, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives
  • Identify key market opportunities and challenges, creating targeted, data-driven marketing campaigns with the team that are goal-oriented and focused on clear KPIs and measurable outcomes
  • Manage overall strategy for integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, events, and collateral, ensuring all initiatives are driven by data and aligned with defined objectives


Team Leadership and Management

  • Lead, manage, and mentor the USA marketing team, providing guidance and support to drive high performance and professional growth
  • Manage staff focused on Product Marketing and other Marketing Specialists
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Consultants, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and more to ensure alignment and support of marketing objectives.
  • Create clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all critical processes in cooperation with HQ and develop comprehensive onboarding materials to expedite new team members' integration and effectiveness


Lead Generation and Demand Generation

  • Manage lead generation campaign strategies to support sales and business development efforts, ensuring every initiative is intentional and targeted with clear goals
  • Ensure Product Marketing Managers focus not only on acquiring net new clients but also on launching marketing programs aimed at growing existing accounts and deepening client relationships
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates, especially within the constraints of limited marketing tools and automation

Budget Management

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI
  • Every dollar spent must be intentional and focused on achieving specific, measurable outcomes
  • Monitor expenditures and provide regular reports on budget performance and campaign effectiveness

Partnerships, Networking, and Events

  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and media outlets.
  • Oversee the marketing strategies and teams for all events, conferences, and tradeshows in the USA and Canada


Brand Management

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing materials and platforms.
  • Manage and enhance Comarch’s brand presence in the North American market through strategic brand initiatives and positioning
