Junior IT Support Consultant – German speaker

Candidate profile

• Degree in Business Administration, IT or last year students (4th or 5th year)
• Excellent command of German is essential min B2/C1
• Good command of English or Polish min B1/B2
• Good computer skills (MS Office, Internet)
• Customer service orientation
• Strong communication skills
• Self-reliance and responsibility
• Ability to work under time pressure

Your responsibilities

• Providing technical and substantive support for Comarch EDI clients from the German speaking market and in global projects (handling e-mail n and telephone requests – work in the JIRA system)
• Organizing training for clients presenting information of our products and services
• Listen and respond to customers' needs and concerns
