- Basic knowledge of computer network issues
- Basic knowledge of how IT applications work
- IT qualifications: Linux, SQL, PostMan
Responsibilities:
- Contact with the client and teams from other support lines
- Monitoring the implemented OSS system
- Alert analysis, registration of reports
- Incident and report handling
- Response to email notifications, diagnostics and process restart
- Work in accordance with the guidelines from the operational instructions
