Candidate Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in lead generation, proven record in pipeline development and revenue generation
  • 5+ years of experience in a marketing role for in the B2B sector
  • Experience managing search intent data and identifying tools/ partners for lead generation improvement is required
  • Experience with search intent partners such as Zoominfo, 6sense, or similar is preferred
  • Must work well independently and with teams
  • Great time management skills and the ability to solve problems is essential for this position
  • Analytical ability to extract large amounts of data into actionable plans
  • Familiar with various marketing channels including PPC, SEO, display ads, remarketing, blogs, email, social and other innovative online media
  • Extensive experience in Marketing Automation Systems (preferably HubSpot Marketing Automation)
  • Being up-to-date with online marketing best practices and current US market trends
  • Awareness of marketing technology/SaaS platforms awareness is a plus
  • Certified with Google AdWords, Google Analytics preferred

Your Responsibilities

  • Manages target account marketing lists and search intent data for all Comarch USA and Canada products, including, but not limited to, loyalty, data exchange, ICT, EDI, and Telco business units
  • Oversees all lead generation tactics for the USA and Canada marketing teams
  • Develops and executes lead generation strategies to generate qualified leads through various channels such as email marketing, social media, content syndication, content marketing, SEO/SEM, events, and partnerships
  • Works closely with the marketing and sales teams to identify target audiences and define target lists for lead generation
  • Designs marketing campaigns based on consumer intent to purchase
  • Utilizes marketing automation and CRM tools to track lead activities, manage lead nurturing programs, and report on campaign performance
  • Measures and reports on the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns and makes data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Analyzes large amounts of data from multiple inputs (reporting, sales feedback, product teams, consulting teams, the market, acquisition sources, costs, etc.) and distills that down into a clear vision with actionable plans
  • Helps guide content strategy and messaging architecture (including advertising, landing pages, websites, emails, collateral, and other external-facing assets) in collaboration with product marketing and communication/PR team to ensure alignment with personas and industries target account lists
  • Leads the maintenance of the marketing contact database and is responsible for identifying opportunities to drive contacts down the stages of the sales funnel
