Loyalty Program Manager, Partnership Network Development

Loyalty Program Manager will lead the Partnership Network Development process. The role will be responsible for loyalty partner identification, acquisition, development, contracting, and integration into marketing programs resulting in attributable volume and profitability.
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• BA degree in Business or Marketing preferred
• Proven work experience with loyalty programs, loyalty partner acquisition, and digital marketing programs
• Financial modeling and business case development experience
• Proven loyalty marketing retail implementation experience
• Track record in loyalty space delivering results on or above plan
• Experience in relationship management with consultative selling skills
• Highly motivated, self-starter with proven commercial skills
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills
• Highly organized with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent financial and business acumen skills
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop loyalty partnership strategy in effort to grow client’s loyalty ecosystem
• Develop new national and regional strategic partnerships
• Work collaboratively with the marketing team, support functions to develop opportunities from ideation through launch of new partnerships
• Lead or support project activities towards implementing new partnerships
• Provide input into campaigns aimed at consumer acquisition and increasing Share of Wallet (SOW)
• Collaborate with external and internal Data & Analytics teams to generate user reports and act on insights
• Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
