Candidate profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experienced in project planning, implementation, tracking and monitoring; as well as reporting
  • Project coordinator, experienced in leading multifunctional teams including customers, consultants, and leadership
  • Familiar with risk and cost management process
  • Strong problem-solving skills with foresight for software application issues
  • Excellent time-management, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in software program implementation, maintenance, and development
  • Experience in management tools (e.g., Jira, Gantt charts)
  • Demonstrated commitment, goal-setting, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in analyzing data for management-level presentations
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
  • PMP Certification is a plus

Your responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise software implementation and management projects to meet customer requirements
  • Proactively define project scope, objectives, and timeline to fulfill contractual obligations
  • Coordinate meetings with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely deliverables
  • Maintain clear and timely communications, identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Adapt to project adjustments and their impact on implementation
  • Manage Jira tickets, track project status, identify escalations, and monitor milestones
  • Provide prompt responses and solutions to customer inquiries
  • Make recommendations for process improvement
