Candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years of relevant work experience
• Skilled in project planning, implementation, tracking, and reporting
• Proficient in leading multifunctional teams
• Familiar with risk and cost management
• Proficient in software program management
• Experience with tools like Jira and Gantt charts
• Demonstrated commitment, goal-setting, and decision-making abilities
• Experience in analyzing data for management-level presentations
• PMP Certification is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills for software issues
• Excellent time management and communication skills

Your responsibilities

• Lead enterprise software projects to meet customer needs
• Define project scope, objectives, and timeline
• Coordinate meetings with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage Jira tickets, track project status
• Adapt to project changes and their impact
• Provide prompt customer solutions
• Recommend process improvements
• Maintain clear and timely communication
