Performance Marketing Manager

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in marketing  or a related business field
• At least 3 years of experience in a digital online marketing role for B2B with a proven track record in driving lead acquisition
• Familiar with various marketing channels including PPC, SEO, display ads, remarketing, blogs, email, social and other innovative online media
• Knowledge of Adobe CS, specifically Photoshop and Acrobat
• Proficiency  in creating and managing LinkedIn Advertising Campaigns
• Extensive experience in Marketing Automation Systems (preferably HubSpot Marketing Automation)
• Being up-to-date  with online marketing best practices and current US market trends
• Awareness  of marketing technology/SaaS platforms awareness  is a plus
• Certified  with Google AdWords, Google Analytics preferred

• Digital Campaign configuration, optimization, and reporting throughout the campaign lifecycle
• Identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
• Developing monthly online campaign calendar in collaboration with the Marketing and Sales teams
• Cooperating with internal resources and external agency to set budgets, executing programs, monitoring, measuring and providing regular reporting on conversion and campaign effectiveness
• Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data, incorporating learning into campaigns
