CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• High School Diploma and 2 years of related project or administrative support or experience
• Ability to work productively with staff at all levels
• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to exercise standards and professionalism
• Ability to pay close attention to details
• Professional telephone and verbal skills
• Collaborative, detail-oriented self-starter, who can work independently with limited oversight
• Ability to manage time effectively and complete required task or projects on time

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Overall coordination of activities in support of the execution and enablement of project-based initiatives
• Initiates needs assessment, collects requirements and coordinates project activities within approved budget, scope and schedule
• Coordinates resources specific to each project, responsible for procurement activities related to project requirements
• Provides general administrative support, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, completing required paperwork, reimbursement activities
• Provides day-to-day internal communication and support to the CEO
• As needed, assists in planning and organizing various event activities
• Performs other related duties as assigned
