Sales Manager/ Sales Director - Telecommunications, Central Asia Countries

We are looking for an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and ambitious professional who is ready to take initiative and create new business opportunities in the Central Asia region. Do you enjoy helping customers solve complex challenges? Are you passionate about technology and innovation? Join us as a Sales Director or Sales Manager and play a key role in expanding our presence in the region. This role will be based in Dubai and focused on developing the Asian market.

Candidate profile

  • Higher education degree, preferably in business, marketing, IT, telecommunications or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software sales
  • Strong network of executive-level contacts in the region
  • Excellent language skills – English and Russian required, Arabic is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills

Your responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients to arrange meetings, demos, and workshops
  • Lead the preparation of business proposals in response to RFP and RFI processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level decision-makers across target industries
  • Plan and execute marketing activities to promote Comarch’s expertise and brand
  • Coordinate the end-to-end proposal preparation process
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and conferences
  • Manage new accounts in the Central Asia region on a day-to-day basis and act as the voice of the customer within internal structures
