Senior IT Project Manager with French

Job Profile

• Higher education degree (preferably in a technical or economic field)
• At least 5 years of experience in managing complex, long-term projects in the IT, Telco, or logistics sectors
• Excellent knowledge of English and French (minimum C1 level) – required for business and technical communication with local teams, other PMs, and C-level executives
• Practical knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile) along with the ability to precisely monitor progress and manage time
• Willingness to travel regularly on business trips (onsite) to Africa to work directly at the client's headquarters
• Analytical mindset – ability to deeply understand client needs and translate them into concrete, logical project tasks
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and the MS Office suite
• Openness to new technologies and the ability to optimize your work using AI tools to deliver results faster and more accurately
• We are looking for an independent, responsible, and systematic person who takes full commitment and ownership of their decisions
• Proven competence through certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, AgilePM, or SCRUM

Your Responsibilities

• Comprehensive project management – planning, task allocation, and full end-to-end accountability for the project lifecycle
• Monitoring and reporting work to ensure the highest quality of operations, along with regular status updates for stakeholders
• Coordination of internal and external communication, including building client relationships during project meetings
• Risk management – identifying threats, managing project scope changes, and proactively suggesting corrective solutions
• Creating and maintaining up-to-date schedules, technical specifications, and end-user guides
