Senior Sales Account Executive - E‑Invoicing & EDI
Reference number: AE/1025434
Locations:
Chicago (Rosemont), New York
We’re the e-Invoicing Sector at Comarch - a high-growth, global business at the forefront of e-invoicing, tax compliance, and fintech automation for enterprise clients worldwide. We operate across Europe, the Americas, ASEAN, and the Middle East & Africa, helping define the future of cross-border B2B compliance. Driven by a clear vision to become a top-5 global provider, we win across diverse markets and complex regulatory regimes.
We are expanding our North American commercial team and looking for a driven Senior Account Executive to step in as the commercial face of our E-Invoicing and EDI business across the region. Designed for a top-tier closer who thrives on full-cycle ownership, this role relies heavily on your established US C-suite network. Supported by an existing on-the-ground team and modern AI-driven pipeline strategies, you will navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals, shape our go-to-market playbook and turn your industry connections into net-new ARR as our primary commercial champion in the US.
Candidate profile
- 7+ years of full-cycle enterprise B2B sales experience (SaaS, ERP, or Tax Tech), with a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets and closing multi-year, high-value deals.
- Active US Enterprise Network: Established, named relationships at the C-suite and executive level (CFO, VP Tax, Finance, CIO, Supply Chain).
- Deep Domain Fluency: Strong command of global e-invoicing mandates, tax compliance and clearance models, paired with practical expertise in EDI and B2B enterprise integration.
- True Hunter Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-driven and highly adept at penetrating complex buying committees and navigating long, consultative sales cycles.
- Executive Presence & Consultative Style: Exceptional C-level communication skills with the ability to lead commercial negotiations, frame complex ROI, and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives.
- Modern Sales Stack Expertise: Practical familiarity with AI-driven sales enablement, prospecting and research tools to drive efficiency and pipeline growth.
- Location: Based in the US, East Coast or Midwest preferred.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong ability to partner seamlessly with pre-sales, technical, and product teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
Your responsibilities
- Own the North American Hunt: Build and execute a high-impact territory plan to acquire net-new enterprise accounts across the US and Canada.
- Leverage Your Executive Network: Source your own pipeline through trusted relationships, executive outreach and modern AI tools - supported by inbound marketing, not dependent on it.
- Lead with Compliance & Modernization: Guide CFOs, VPs of Tax and Finance leaders through global regulatory shifts, then expand those deals into broader EDI cloud consolidation.
- Run complex cycles: Navigate finance, tax, IT, procurement, security and legal, working hand in hand with Solutions Consulting, Product and Delivery to scope and close.
- Build the brand: Put Comarch on the map where it matters- industry events, tax advisory firms, system integrators and ERP partners- so the next deal opens more easily than the last.
