CANDIDATE PROFILE- Degree in one of fields: Economics, Finance, IT, Business Administration, Management
- At least 3 years of experience in Service delivery management and are passionate about this field
- Excellent written and spoken command of English and Thai
- Analytical thinking, communication skills, flexibility
- Ability to work in a team
- Good ability to understand customer issues and you know how to adapt your proposals to their challenges
- Interpersonal skills and enjoying teamwork
- Commitment to make thing happen
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Provide direct support to clients
- Manage client’s standard request and change requests
- Act as the first point of contact for clients in the region
- Collaborate closely with project teams, support (during common working hours) and maintenance teams in Poland (on-call support teams).
- Prepare and present operation reports to the clients
- Ensure compliance with SLA’s and deadlines
- Ensure the allocation of tasks and their progress
- Ensure reporting to the Project Director and the various project stakeholders
